If your pair isn't right, exchange or return it within 30 days.

Need help with your order or fit? Talk to us before arranging your return.

How returns work

  1. Email us Write to help@nallan.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Tell us:
    • your order number (for example #1234)
    • which pair and size you’re sending back
    • whether you want an exchange (and the new size or colour) or a refund
    • the reason, in one line. If the pair is faulty, add a photo.
  2. Get your return instructions We reply within 1 business day. You’ll get your return reference, the address and what to put in the parcel.
  3. Send the pair back Pack the pair unworn, with the tags on, in the original box. Write your return reference on the parcel. Please don’t send anything before we’ve replied, because we can’t accept parcels without a return reference. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
  4. Get your new pair or your money Once your parcel arrives and we’ve checked it, we send your exchange pair or refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Not sure about the size? Send us your foot length in cm and the model, and we’ll tell you which size to choose before you return anything.

Allowed wear / condition
Try-on only: pairs must be unworn, with the tags still on. Worn pairs, or pairs with scuffs, tears, sole wear or stains, can’t be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free, shipping included.
Refunds
Want your money back instead? You get 100% of the price of your pair; the shipping fee is paid by you.
